Early Registration

Delegates are encouraged to register during Early Registration (i.e. before January 31st 2009) because registration for the Colloquium will be based on first come, first served basis. The Organising Committee guarantees accommodation at the Colloquium hotel venue up to the total number of reserved rooms.
The sponsors have each reserved four seats (Areva, ABB, Siemens, Nexans, Sintef, Statnett, Fingrid, Energinet.dk, Landsnet, Svenska Kraftnät) or two seats (Vestas, BKK, Prysmian, Eesti Energia and STRI) at the Colloquium up to End of Early Registration, i.e. January 31st).

Late registration

Delegates may register during late registration (January 31st - June 3rd) but our reserved rooms at the Colloquium hotel may be fully booked at this time. Hence, delgates may need to arrange hotel accommodation themselves. HRG can provide assistance in finding alternative hotel accommodation.

Fees

The delegate fee is 4500 NOK (approx 500 euro) and covers Technical Visit and Colloquium. The fee also covers transport to and from the SC venue in Ullensvang for Category 1 delegates (B4 SC regular and observing members, AG members and WG conveners).

The accompanying persons fee is 1800 NOK (approx 200 euro) and covers the Technical Visit, the accompanying person program in Bergen and the Colloquium Evening Dinner.
Category 2 delegates are required to pay an additional fee of 2610 NOK in addition to the 3790 NOK package price. This additional fee of 2610 NOK covers the following activities:

• Fiord cruise by private chartered boat from Bergen to Ullensvang on June 8th
• SC Evening Dinner on June 9th
• Return bus transport to Bergen including lunch stop on June 10th

The fees are the same for sponsor delegates and non-sponsor delegates. The fees are the same regardless of registration takes place during early or late registration period.

Cancellation policy

The 4500 NOK delegate fee, the 1800 NOK accompanying persons fee and the additional 2610 NOK fee (for SC Meeting category 2 delegates) are non-refundable. Hotel reservations made through the website registration are refundable up to April 1st 2009.

Hotel accommodation

The venue hotel for the WG & AG Meetings (June 5-8th) and the Colloquium (June 10-12th) in Bergen is Radisson SAS Royal Hotel, Bryggen. Hotel reservations can be made through the website registration form. Delegates are however free to choose a different hotel than the venue hotel in Bergen.

Delegates attending the SC meeting in Ullensvang (June 8-10th) are required to make hotel reservations through the website registration form. The mandatory package price at the hotel allows the delegates to enjoy all scheduled activities and services during the SC meeting. We therefore kindly ask delegates NOT to book accommodation by contacting the SC Meeting venue hotel directly.  

Payment

The delegates pre-pay both fees and accommodation by credit card at registration.
