June 6th-8th: AG & WG Meetings (Radisson SAS Royal Hotel Bergen)

June 8-10th: SC Meeting (Hotel Ullensvang)

This event was initially available for B4 SC members, AG members and WG conveners only. The Organising Committee has decided to open up the attendance of the SC meeting to all delegates who may take an interest in the work of Cigre SC B4.

Category 1 delegates (B4 SC regular and observing members, AG members and WG conveners) attend the SC meeting by paying a package price of 3790 NOK. The package price covers 2-day accommodation including breakfast, June 8th evening buffet dinner, SC meeting attendance and lunch on June 9th at the venue hotel in Ullensvang.

Category 2 delegates need to pay an additional fee of 2610 NOK in addition to the 3790 NOK package price. This additional fee of 2610 NOK covers the following activities:

Fiord cruise by private chartered boat from Bergen to Ullensvang on June 8th
SC Evening Dinner on June 9th
Return bus transport to Bergen including lunch stop on June 10th

The fiord cruise to the SC Meeting venue departs Bergen at 14:00 hrs on June 8th. The boat journey will take about four hours through spectacular landscape along the Hardanger fiord.

The return transport departs from the SC Meeting venue at 08:45 hrs on June 10th.

June 10th: Technical Visit (Kollsnes)

This event is available for SC delegates, Colloquium delegates and Accompanying persons.
The event consists of a visit to Kollsnes rectifier station for the VSC transmission to StatoilHydro's Troll A platform in the North Sea. The site is located about one hours drive from Bergen.

June 11-12th: Colloquium (Radisson SAS Royal Hotel Bergen)

This Colloquium is open also for non-Cigrè members.

The event consist of Colloquium on June 11th and 12th including lunch both days and Colloquium evening dinner on June 11th. The accompanying persons are offered a guided visit to Edvard Grieg Museum Troldhaugen in Bergen and to attend the Colloquium evening dinner on June 11th.
The Colloquium evening dinner on June 11th will be held on Fløien Folkerestaurant. This historic restaurant has a spectacular architecture and provides a fantastic view over the city of Bergen.
